Across several regions of Ghana, pupils and students are being forced to pursue their education in school buildings that are in dangerous and dilapidated conditions, undermining their safety, comfort, and academic progress. Despite promises of improved infrastructure, many basic and junior high schools continue to lack proper facilities, leaving learners in environments that are far from conducive to quality education.
